Only long-term product teams for EU with investments and a modern stack of technologies. We set up the company in 2010 in Kharkiv. In 2017 we opened the office in Berlin. Currently, there are 400+ of us and we are constantly growing. Now in 2024 we have development hubs in Israel, Ukraine, Portugal, Armenia and Poland. Job Summary
Requirements
📍2+ years of experience in marketing design, ideally in a SaaS company 📍Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite 📍Strong visual storytelling skills for performance marketing 📍Experience with WordPress design and best practices 📍Solid understanding of UX/UI principles 📍Independent, self-motivated, and comfortable working remotely 📍Bonus: Experience with AI-generated imagery tools (e.g. Midjourney, DALL·E)
Responsibilities
📍Design and maintain WordPress-based marketing websites 📍Create YouTube thumbnails, banners, and graphics for digital content 📍Design sales assets, such as presentations and one-pagers 📍Support email marketing with visuals and layout design 📍Contribute to the ongoing evolution and application of the brand identity 📍Collaborate with the product designer to support product-related visuals 📍Help identify and fill creative/content gaps across all touchpoints 📍Design for paid campaigns and optimize landing pages for conversion
