Job Summary
Responsibilities
šDesign and deliver high-quality marketing assets, including social media visuals, landing pages, ads, and email templates, in line with Blumās brand identity šCollaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to align creative outputs with strategic goals. šUtilize marketing metrics and performance data to refine and optimize designs for better engagement and conversion rates šDevelop concepts and visuals that resonate with target audiences, particularly in the web3 and crypto spaces šMaintain consistency in design language across all marketing channels and materials šStay updated on design trends and best practices to keep Blumās marketing fresh and competitive šSupport cross-functional initiatives and contribute to overall brand growth
Requirements
šProven experience as a Marketing Designer or similar role, ideally in the web3/crypto industry šProficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar šFamiliarity with using analytics tools and marketing metrics to inform design decisions šExcellent understanding of visual storytelling, branding, and user engagement šAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously šStrong communication skills and fluency in English (written and spoken)
