Job Summary
Primary Responsibilities
šDevelop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across all channels šCreate compelling technical and non-technical content that showcases our innovations šBuild and nurture relationships with key Solana and EVM ecosystem partners šDesign and implement marketing campaigns targeting both institutional players and the crypto community šManage social media presence and grow our community engagement šTrack and analyze marketing metrics to optimize performance šRepresent Solforge at industry events and ecosystem meetups
Required Qualifications
š3+ years of marketing experience in crypto/Web3 startups with a proven track record of scaling marketing initiatives and growing communities šDeep understanding and first-hand knowledge of the current Solana ecosystem šOutstanding written and verbal communication skills šAbility to translate complex technical concepts for various audiences šExperience with content creation and social media management šStrong analytical skills for measuring and reporting on marketing metrics
