Job Summary
You will have the opportunity to:
📍 Identify, Collaborate with the full Executive team to develop and achieve the Company’s vision and Growth strategy. 📍Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute data-driven UA plans aligned with business goals (growth, retention, LTV). 📍Team Leadership: Manage and mentor UA managers, fostering a high-performing, collaborative environment. 📍Budget & P&L: Oversee large budgets, managing media spend, tools, headcount, and creative resources. 📍Channel Management: Operate across major networks (Facebook, Google, TikTok, etc.) and emerging platforms (CTV, rewarded video). 📍Creative Optimization: Master UA creative trends (Playables, UGC, video) and drive testing to find winning concepts.
Qualifications:
📍15+ years of full-stack marketing and senior leadership experience with B2B and B2C marketing, ideally in gaming, social media or technology products, and strong consumer brand sensibilities 📍Substantial wins in bringing products and services to market and growing them to large scale 📍Experience at a successful startup a big plus 📍Experience launching and growing new Free To Play games, platforms or marketplaces to the public 📍Passion for and deep knowledge of games, MMO ecosystems. 📍Demonstrated success managing paid acquisition budget across multiple channels to drive efficient and sustained user and revenue growth
