Job Summary
What you will deliver:
šDevelop and implement brand strategies that enhance the visibility and reputation of VAP Group's brands. šEnsure consistent messaging and visual identity across all channels. šIdentify, engage, and manage relationships with key influencers to amplify our brand messages. šDevelop and execute influencer campaigns that drive engagement and reach. šBuild and nurture vibrant online and offline communities around our brands. šFoster engagement and loyalty through regular interaction and community-building initiatives. šOversee all public relations activities, including press releases, media outreach, and event planning. šCultivate strong relationships with media outlets to ensure positive coverage and brand visibility. šCollaborate with content teams to create high-quality materials that support marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives. šIdentify and develop strategic brand partnerships to enhance brand reach and collaboration opportunities. šWork closely with the product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive strategies and successful execution of campaigns.
Requirements
šMinimum of 7 years of experience in marketing communications, brand management, or public relations, preferably within the media industry, and at least 1 year experience in Web3 space. šAt least 3 years of experience in managing similar teams, with a proven track record of leadership and team development. šProven track record in developing and managing successful brand strategies. šExperience in identifying, collaborating with, and managing relationships with influencers. šDemonstrated ability to build and manage online and offline communities. šStrong understanding of public relations principles and experience in managing PR campaigns and events. šStrong strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to develop and execute long-term marketing communication strategies. šExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and strategies. šProficiency in using analytics tools to track the performance of marketing communications initiatives and inform decision-making. šAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. šStrong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively within a diverse team.
