Job Summary

What you will deliver:

šŸ“Develop and implement brand strategies that enhance the visibility and reputation of VAP Group's brands. šŸ“Ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all channels. šŸ“Identify, engage, and manage relationships with key influencers to amplify our brand messages. šŸ“Develop and execute influencer campaigns that drive engagement and reach. šŸ“Build and nurture vibrant online and offline communities around our brands. šŸ“Foster engagement and loyalty through regular interaction and community-building initiatives. šŸ“Oversee all public relations activities, including press releases, media outreach, and event planning. šŸ“Cultivate strong relationships with media outlets to ensure positive coverage and brand visibility. šŸ“Collaborate with content teams to create high-quality materials that support marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives. šŸ“Identify and develop strategic brand partnerships to enhance brand reach and collaboration opportunities. šŸ“Work closely with the product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive strategies and successful execution of campaigns.

Requirements

šŸ“Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing communications, brand management, or public relations, preferably within the media industry, and at least 1 year experience in Web3 space. šŸ“At least 3 years of experience in managing similar teams, with a proven track record of leadership and team development. šŸ“Proven track record in developing and managing successful brand strategies. šŸ“Experience in identifying, collaborating with, and managing relationships with influencers. šŸ“Demonstrated ability to build and manage online and offline communities. šŸ“Strong understanding of public relations principles and experience in managing PR campaigns and events. šŸ“Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to develop and execute long-term marketing communication strategies. šŸ“Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and strategies. šŸ“Proficiency in using analytics tools to track the performance of marketing communications initiatives and inform decision-making. šŸ“Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. šŸ“Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively within a diverse team.
