Context Windranger is a product lab working on the BitDAO ecosystem. You can read more about us here. Over the next few years, BitDAO intends to secure a handful of large partnerships (on the scale of zkSync, Game7, BitNetwork). As proposed by one of BitDAO’s core contributors, BitDAO is looking to build a chain (BITNetwork) that: uses $BIT as a native token; is EVM compatible; and optimized for high throughput dapps such as derivatives dexes and gaming.
Job Summary
Your Role
Marketing at Mantle is made up of Community Management, Social Media, Content, Brand Design, SEO, Public Relations and Marketing Operations. As the Head of Marketing, you'll be expected to help build the following: Drive the overall marketing strategy, budget and narrative for Mantle. Own the hiring plan and development of the in-house marketing function. Build a network of external vendors, contractors, and agencies who can support our objectives. Liase with various teams across Growth, Product, Engineering and HR to align objectives and deliver great experiences for our audience and community. Become an ambassador of the vision and lead by example, for other Mantle members to become active evangelists and advocates in Ethereum community. Ideate, plan and implement a marketing roadmap which includes all external communications (i.e. advertising and content) efforts.
Your Craft
As a member of the Mantle leadership team, you will work closely with: Head of Product, Head of Growth, Head of Protocol Engineering, Head of Blockchain Research, and other BitDAO stakeholders. We are looking for someone with the following experience: Understanding of how to craft marketing strategies for technical audiences within the Blockchain industry. Proven leader with experience managing multiple teams globally within the web3, crypto and DeFi space. Outstanding communicator, and great listener, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset that has worked in fast-paced environments, with competing resources and priorities, with the capability of wearing multiple hats in different situations. Great attention to detail and ability to bring together a diverse group of stakeholders to create cohesive marketing narratives and bringing all the stakeholders (community included) on the journey towards a vision. Background in understanding how to drive community engagement and token marketing programs. Deep passion for web3 topics and a resourceful approach when it comes to learning new things.
