Job Summary
In this role, you will:
šRisk Management šAssist our risk team in the management of financial and non-financial risks. šRealizing risk assessments. šUpdate and develop further our risk management procedures and applied methods. šSupport the risk team in risk calculations including stress testing and scenario analysis. šMonitoring and communication of risks, and risk reporting. šOutsourcing Controlling šRegulatory Research & Analysis: Support the continuous monitoring and evaluation of new laws, regulations, RTS/ITS, and guidelines regarding their impact on our Outsourcing Management. šAd-hoc Analyses: Conduct research and analysis on specific questions related to outsourcing and third-party risk management. šProcess Optimization: Help revise and standardize internal processes, risk assessments, and workflows within the outsourcing lifecycle while implementing AI Tools and automation. šDocumentation & Reporting: Support the maintenance of our outsourcing documentation (Assessments, Due Diligence Records etc.) and the preparation of presentations and reports for management and involved business departments.
What you need to be successful:
šYou are naturally driven to improve processes, challenge the status quo, and drive meaningful change within a young and agile organization. šCurrently enrolled student (m/f/d) in Business Administration, Economics, Law, Business Informatics, or a comparable field of study, ideally with a focus on Compliance, Risk Management, or Financial Regulation. šInitial exposure to or strong interest in financial market regulation is a significant advantage. šHigh affinity for financial, legal and regulatory issues and the ability to quickly grasp complex matters. šStructured and analytical thinking, as well as a meticulous and independent working style. šEnglish language skills, both written and spoken. šAffinity for AI Tools, process optimization and automating workflows.
