Job Summary
Partnership Strategy Development:
📍Coordinate closely with internal MetaMask Growth and BD teams to identify strategic partners 📍Help to develop and execute a comprehensive MetaMask partner marketing strategy aligned with the company’s goals and objectives 📍Identify and prioritize potential MetaMask partners within the web3 ecosystem to drive mutual growth and value
Relationship Management:
📍Establish and maintain strong relationships with strategic MetaMask partners, including L1s/L2s, dApp developers, DeFi platforms, NFT marketplaces, memecoins and creators 📍Serve as the marketing point of contact and daily sparring partner for our partners across multiple platforms (Telegram, Slack, email, Discord), ensuring clear and effective communication around marketing initiatives 📍Work closely with the Business Development team working on Strategic Account management as well as the Customer Success Management and other internal teams working closely with Partners
Comarketing Campaigns:
📍Plan, execute, and manage co-marketing campaigns with multiple partners at once, including joint webinars, content collaborations, social media initiatives, X spaces,events, and more 📍Collaborate and coordinate with internal teams including product management, product marketing and communications teams to create compelling messaging and materials for partner marketing initiatives and to ensure seamless execution of partner campaigns
Content and Asset Development:
📍Collaborate with the content team to create compelling marketing materials, including blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and videos, highlighting partner success stories and joint initiatives 📍Develop and maintain a library of partner marketing assets Performance Analysis and Reporting 📍Track, analyze, and report on the performance of partner marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement 📍Utilize data-driven approaches to optimize campaign performance and partner engagement 📍Market Research and Trends: 📍Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape within the web3 ecosystem 📍Provide thought leadership and insights to inform strategic decision-making and positioning
Would be great if you brought this to the role:
📍Minimum of 3-5 years business experience in partnerships role 📍Proficiency in program management 📍Proven track record of developing and executing successful partner marketing campaigns 📍Able to work independently and lead multiple projects simultaneously with constantly changing priorities 📍Experience interacting with management at all levels, including directors and executives 📍Experience working in a remote first global company
