Our global crypto team possesses deep experience in both the scaling of new ventures and the restructuring of complex assets with asymmetric risk profiles. Through lateral acquisitions, Echo Base seeks to leverage operational and technical synergies across our portfolio companies. We seek a highly motivated Senior Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team and report to the VP of Growth. This role is critical to driving user and revenue growth, focusing on acquisition, retention, and effective channel management.
Job Summary
Project Management
šLead, track, drive and manage operational projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards. šCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. šDevelop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against milestones. šDefine project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. šCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentation. šMonitor project progress, identify and resolve issues, and escalate to senior management as needed. šConduct regular project status meetings and provide ongoing communication to stakeholders on project progress, risks, and issues. šMonitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to project outcomes and operational metrics. šConduct project post-mortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
Operations Management
šOwn and manage assigned processes/issues to be resolved Implement/lead/initiate process improvement initiatives to enhance business performance. šDesign and document new processes and workflows, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. šMonitor and measure process performance using determined KPIs and report progress and outcomes to management.
Candidate Requirements:
šMinimum 5 years working experience in project management and operations management. šExcellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. šPMP certification and/or experience in process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma, Kaizen or Lean is desirable. šAnalytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. šExcellent written and verbal communication skills. šStrong project management skills with a track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to closure. šSolid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills. šStrong working knowledge of project management tools (eg Asana) and frameworks. šSolid understanding of operations management principles and practices. šBackground in process improvement, design and documentation.
