What you'll do
šLead and develop the Talent Acquisition team, setting strategic hiring goals and ensuring alignment with company growth objectives. šDesign and optimize recruitment strategies, leveraging data-driven insights to attract top-tier talent. šOversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding. šDrive continuous process improvements in recruitment workflows, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and a seamless candidate experience. šPartner with hiring managers and leadership to forecast hiring needs, improve interview processes, and ensure a structured hiring framework. šImmerse yourself in blockchain technology, cryptocurrency for enterprises and investors, our regulation-first approach, and more!
About you
š7+ years of experience of full cycle in-house recruiting š 3+ years of experience leading a TA team šProven ability to excel in a high paced environment with high bias for action š You take a data-driven approach to recruitment, using metrics from different systems, tools and processes to refine and optimize your search, outreach, and closing strategy šYou have a strong ability to communicate and collaborate with stakeholders, from both technical and non-technical backgrounds šYou have a candidate-first mentality, a history of facilitating excellent candidate experiences, and a demonstrated ability to build lasting and positive relationships with prospects
