Job Summary
Job Description:
šEssential Responsibilities: šLead and manage data science projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals. šDevelop and maintain data models, algorithms, and reporting systems to support data analysis and decision-making. šAnalyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive strategic initiatives. šCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide actionable insights. šEnsure data quality and integrity through regular audits and validation processes. šMentor and guide junior data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Expected Qualifications:
š5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelorās degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
Additional Responsibilities & Preferred Qualifications:
š5+ years of experience in financial technology, banking, processor, or payments with deep subject matter expertise and execution in managing data-based strategies to separate fraud and credit risks in deposits, credit cards, or acquiring products. šHave experience managing consumer or Small Medium Business (SMB) fraud and credit risk in the US, EU, APAC or Americas. Experience in multiple markets is a plus.
