Responsibilities:

📍Help establish a strategic plan for the company including setting acceptable risk levelsand assessing the credit risk of the target market 📍Develop an underwriting model based on the strategic plan and test it for accuracy,predictability, and effectiveness 📍Prepare full governance documents for the model including the structure, variables,weights, and execution process 📍Test and report on the model’s effectiveness on a consistent basis 📍Report and track metrics on a consistent basis to ensure acceptable risk 📍Oversee account management functions including credit line management, minimumpayment, and delinquencies 📍Develop and manage key vendor relationships 📍Partner with our Fraud Management team to identify and combat patterns of credit fraud

Minimum Qualifications:

📍6-10 years of experience in consumer credit risk management 📍Proven ability to apply credit and risk principles toward business goals 📍Prior experience developing and managing vendor relationships
