What we look for in you (ie. job requirements):

📍10+ years’ experience in AML/Financial Crime Compliance with strong knowledge of banking regulations, payments, and compliance operations. 📍Proven Compliance Manager with expertise in industry standards, audits, and control systems. 📍Analytical leader skilled in simplifying complex regulations and driving operational improvements. 📍Track record in people management, employee development, and scaling teams across workflows and processes (e.g., Due Diligence, Transaction Monitoring).
