Job Summary

Key responsibilities:

šŸ“Provide technical direction and guidance to the teams, drive technical discussions and reviews. šŸ“Work with project leads as a facilitator to remove obstacles that hinder the team's progress, whether they are technical, organizational, or interpersonal. šŸ“Take accountability over the milestone process, including scoping, delivery and communication to the IFT portfolio manager. šŸ“Help guide the team with new processes, with a focus on milestone delivery, minimal scope mindset and prioritisation. šŸ“Convey Logosā€™ strategy to team members and its impact on daily activities. šŸ“Identify, encourage, and help secure opportunities for cross-project integrations and functionality that are inline with the overall vision, both within and outside of Logos. šŸ“Express any risk or concern from the project teams to IFT leadership, ensuring that communication flows between Logos and the rest of the organization. šŸ“Participate in hiring activities and help secure top talent. šŸ“Encourage autonomy and empowerment within the teams, allowing individuals to take ownership of their work and make decisions collaboratively. šŸ“Foster open and transparent communication across the teams, ensuring that everyone is informed and aligned on project goals and priorities.

You will ideally have:

šŸ“Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Engineering or related field; or a background in Software Engineering. šŸ“Proven experience managing complex projects in a fast-paced environment, preferably in Web3/Blockchain Technology. šŸ“Servant leadership > šŸ“Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. šŸ“Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, dynamic and collaborative team environment. šŸ“Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
