Job Summary
Responsibilities
đź“ŤOwn and implement end-to-end localization process, ensuring linguistic, functional, and UX consistency. đź“ŤIntegrate localization into the product development cycle and manage localization tools (e.g., Smartling, Lokalise, Crowdin, Phrase). đź“ŤPartner with engineering teams to optimize localization integrations within our product infrastructure. đź“ŤEnsure proper text encoding for all languages, including right-to-left (RTL) languages. đź“ŤCollaborate with the UX Writer and product designers to maintain glossaries and > đź“ŤManage translation contractors, freelancers, and in-house teams to ensure accurate, high-quality localization.
Qualifications
đź“Ť2-3 years of experience in localization or translation operations (preferably in crypto, fintech, or SaaS). đź“ŤExpertise in localization tools (e.g., Smartling, Lokalise, Crowdin, Phrase). đź“ŤFluency in Korean and English is required
