Job Summary
Responsibilities
šDevelop and execute email marketing campaigns, including promotional campaigns, newsletters and triggered messages šDevelop and execute SMS and push notification campaigns to engage customers across multiple channels šMonitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize results and ROI šCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and analytics, to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns šMonitor KPIs, traffic metrics and community growth and engagement šEngage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews šCoordinate online/offline lead generation and customer-acquisition activities such as events, business partnerships, networking, promotions šHelp gather and analyze competitor insights, trends, and data šSpot trends and apply ideas to crypto/blockchain
Requirements
šExperience with content management system or updating websites šExperience with graphic editor software such as figma or photoshop šFamiliar with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheet, and data visualization tools e.g. Tableau, Google Analytics šStrong communication/presentation skills. šUser-focused and product-driven mindset. šFamiliar with Blockchain technology or the fin-tech sector is a plus. šGraduate from marketing, business or relating majors šStrong attention to KPIs and deadlines šAbility to adapt in fast-paced environments šFluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages would be an advantage
