Job Summary
What you might be doing:
📍Document Requests: Obtaining official & legalized documents for submission to the relevant authorities; 📍Internal documentation management: Filing both digital and hard copies of contracts and legal documents, tracking relevant deadlines; Obtaining wet-ink signatures; 📍Mail Handling: dispatching incoming and outgoing mail & packages, including processing customs requests & fees, and managing shipping materials; 📍Various other ad-hoc administrative tasks.
What you might bring:
📍Academic background or professional experience in Administration, 📍Human Resources, Legal or similar 📍Fluency in French and English 📍Microsoft Office skills 📍Exceptional attention to detail 📍Interest and knowledge of crypto and web3 📍Ability to work on site 3 days a week
