Job Summary
What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you will: 📍Provide legal advice on various matters within the PINTU group, including products, business cooperations, employment, data protection, and corporate transactions. 📍Ensure PINTU group's compliance with prevailing laws and regulations. 📍Liaise and communicate with lawyers on matters concerning the PINTU group. 📍Prepare all required legal documents (e.g., service agreements, business cooperation agreements, and corporate resolutions). 📍Assist with any other matters as designated by the Senior Legal Counsel and/or General Counsel.
Who we are looking for:
📍A Bachelor of Law degree (S1/Sarjana Hukum) from a reputable university in Indonesia; a Master’s degree (S2) is a plus. 📍A minimum of 5 years of working experience, preferably a mix of law firm and tech company experience. 📍Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia. 📍Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage tasks efficiently. 📍A fast learner who can work independently, provide sharp legal analysis, and offer practical and safe legal solutions. 📍Strong general knowledge of Indonesian Law regarding contracts, companies, personal data protection, and employment.
