Job Summary
What you will do:
šAssist the broader legal team with drafting and reviewing commercial contracts such as SaaS, affiliate marketing and sponsorship contracts šProvide legal advice (written and oral) on a range of issues including intellectual property, marketing, regulatory compliance and others šLiaise with and manage external counsel in different jurisdictions šCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks across various platforms, products and services šPartner with stakeholders to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations šMonitor global policy, enforcement, and product trends in gaming, data protection, etc
What you will bring:
šBachelor's degree in Law with 3+ years PQE in a commercial law firm or in-house š Experience in technology contracts, intellectual property or cryptocurrency will be looked on favourably šA can-do attitude that is ready to ājump in the trenchesā and work collaboratively with the broader legal team and other stakeholders
