Hi, we're Ondo Finance. Our mission is to provide institutional-grade, blockchain-enabled investment products and services. We have both a technology arm that develops decentralized finance technology, and an asset management arm that creates and manages tokenized funds. We are the first (and so far, only) company to tokenize exposure to US Treasuries. We are also focused on incubating protocols that can support both tokenized real-world assets and traditional crypto. We're fully remote, with team members across the globe.
Job Summary
What you’ll do
📍End-to-End Technical Recruiting: Owning full-cycle recruiting for technical roles (engineering, product, design), including intake, sourcing, assessment, coordination, closing, and onboarding. 📍Senior Stakeholder Partnership: Working closely with engineering, product, and design leadership and executive stakeholders to align recruiting strategy with product and technical goals. 📍Job Design & Market Benchmarking: Collaborating with hiring managers to design roles, write compelling JDs, and align on compensation based on industry insights. 📍Sourcing & Outreach: Proactively identifying and engaging top technical talent using creative and persistent sourcing strategies. 📍Candidate Evaluation & Interview Design: Helping craft technical interview processes that effectively assess for role-relevant skills and cultural alignment. 📍ATS Hygiene & Reporting: Maintaining organized pipelines and clean, accurate data; reporting weekly/monthly updates to stakeholders. 📍Offer Strategy & Closing: Navigating comp conversations (including equity/token components), building rapport, and creating personalized close strategies. 📍Candidate Experience: Ensuring every candidate feels valued, informed, and respected throughout their journey with us. 📍Onboarding Coordination: Partnering with People Ops and hiring managers to create a seamless onboarding experience for new technical hires. 📍Tech Talent Branding: Helping to shape our engineering employer brand, partnering on content, events, and outreach campaigns that highlight Ondo’s tech culture.
What we’re looking for
📍5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in-house, with a track record of placing high-performing engineers and technical leaders. 📍Deep understanding of technical roles, tech stacks, and hiring nuances in engineering, product, and design. 📍Experience hiring for a crypto/blockchain firm—or a strong understanding of the space and enthusiasm to dive in. 📍Experience working closely with senior technical stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions. 📍Proficiency with ATS tools, sourcing tools, and recruiting metrics/reporting. 📍Comfort with ambiguity and pace in a startup environment. 📍Strong sense of ownership and a reputation for delivering results.
