šVisa USA Inc., a Visa Inc. company, needs a Lead Technical Program Manager (multiple openings) in Austin, TX to: šManage the system and software product development lifecycles and integrate multiple cross-functional development teams to produce and deliver software products that meet client and internal business requirements, ensuring system performance, stability, scalability, sustainability, system and information security, and system functionality meet customer requirements. šPlan and conduct software product planning, prioritization, delivery commitment, risk management, resource management, and delivery. šDrive integration between interdependent software products to ensure interoperability of system function and features. šOrchestrate sequencing of software development, hardware environment, testing, information security compliance, production release, and post-production software support. šPosition reports to the Employer's Austin, Texas office and may allow for partial telecommuting.
Qualifications
šBasic Qualifications:
šBachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or related field and 10 years of experience in the job offered or in a Project Manager-related occupation.
šExperience must include:
šJava, C++, C, COBOL, JCL.
šOracle SQL.
šPL SQL, DB2.
šDataPower.
šCHANGEMAN, FILEAID, XPEDITOR.
šSAFe Agilist.
šPCI Compliance.
