Your Responsibilities

📍Lead and coordinate the requirements gathering process, working closely with product managers, product marketing, and engineers to understand and document business needs and technical specifications. 📍Oversee the design and implementation of new software and systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical specifications. 📍Produce, prepare, review, revise, and maintain high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience, including: user guides, integration guides, developer guides, API guides, In platform documentation, and technical documents, including software and systems engineering, system operations, testing. 📍Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and developer guides. 📍Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities. 📍Create and maintain the information architecture. 📍Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals. 📍Lead continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for enhancing business processes and system functionality.

Skills and Nice to have

📍Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) in Computer Science or Information Technology. 📍Proven working experience in business analyses of software documentation required in an IT development environment. 📍Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts, analyse it and make them easily understandable in text and pictures. 📍Experience working cross-departmentally to communicate the nuts and bolts of a product. 📍Advanced knowledge of SQL and API. 📍Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office / Jira / Confluence or 📍Notion / Git & Github/ Google Analytics and similar. 📍Familiarity with the SDLC and software development. 📍Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail. 📍Experience creating infographics such as diagrams, screenshots, workflows, graphs, etc. 📍Strong organisational skills, detail orientation and the ability to multi-task, meet deadlines.
