We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Security Consultant for our Security Engineering team. This role requires deep technical expertise and the ability to translate complex business challenges into effective security solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the financial services industry and the capability to engage with senior stakeholders. In this role you will:

📍Client Engagement: Collaborate with financial institutions to understand their security challenges and advise on innovative technology solutions that align with their strategic objectives. 📍Technical Leadership: Lead on- and offshore teams in implementing security solutions, ensuring they meet best practices and regulatory requirements. 📍IAM Architecture Development: Design and implement Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions for cloud environments in line with security policies and standards. 📍Security Strategy Formulation: Develop comprehensive security strategies encompassing user authentication, authorization, SSO, and MFA. 📍Mentorship and Development: Coach junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team. 📍Business Development: Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell security services, engaging with CTOs and CIOs to drive growth. 📍Great place to work?
