Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

šŸ“Lead strategic initiatives to optimize cross-border payment solutions, driving market expansion and enhancing customer experience. šŸ“Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and launch innovative cross-border payment products, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maximizing revenue growth. šŸ“Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, using this information to inform product strategy and decision-making. Synthesize product insights with input from Sales, GMS, CSM/PSM, and Customers to help drive the product roadmap. šŸ“Drive market research and learning plans to identify new opportunities and trends in the partner products space. Use this information to inform the product roadmap and product strategy. šŸ“Develop and drive a globally consistent strategic and technical planning process for sales and product that includes competitive assessment, differentiation, and GTM execution. šŸ“Monitor and analyze product performance and make data-driven recommendations to improve product performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

šŸ“Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., engineering, marketing, business administration) šŸ“10+ years of experience in product management, insights, and operations, especially for cross-border products. šŸ“Strong understanding of the partner products space, and experience developing and launching successful partner-facing products. šŸ“Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization including senior executives at Partners. šŸ“Strong ability to thrive in a matrix environment where success depends on a high degree of cross-functional collaboration in multiple geographies šŸ“Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and effectively prioritize tasks. šŸ“Proven track record of delivering products on-time, within budget, and to a high level of quality. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
