Job Summary
Responsibilities
šLead and manage growing engineering teams, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to best practices šMaintain process consistency across multiple platform products within the Voyage ecosystem šCollaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, including šCocolang and MOI teams, to integrate their features into Voyage šDrive innovation in platform development, continuously seeking ways to improve performance, scalability, and user experience šOversee the architecture and design of Voyage's backend systems, ensuring they meet the needs of our growing user base šImplement and maintain solid software engineering principles across the platform šMentor and develop junior engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning
Required Qualifications
šMinimum of 5 years of experience developing and shipping production-grade web and mobile applications šStrong backend engineering skills, with expertise in Node.js and other relevant programming languages šProven track record of managing and leading engineering teams šExcellent understanding of software engineering principles and best practices šStrong knowledge of SOLID principles, System Design concepts, and Design Patterns šExperience working in agile development environments šStrong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively šExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
