Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šOversee a variety of projects managed by Creative Producers, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. šMonitor and manage production budgets, expenses, and P&L indicators across projects. šDevelop and execute quarterly production plans and creative experiments. šEnsure adherence to production processes, tools, and analytics systems. šProvide clear reporting and digests on project performance, trends, and experiments. šIdentify and evaluate new creative opportunities, content formats, and platform trends. šSupport CPs in startup project development, resource allocation, and process improvements. šDrive experimentation with new content strategies and ensure timely execution. šCollaborate with expertise hubs (e.g., SMM, IT, analytics) to optimize workflows. šContribute to the creative evolution of content packaging and platform adaptation. šDirectly manage and mentor 3ā5 Creative Producers, guiding their career growth and performance. šDevelop successors for CP roles, ensuring a sustainable talent pipeline. šSupport recruitment, onboarding, and integration of new producers. šFoster a collaborative, disciplined, and creative team culture. šProvide regular feedback, performance monitoring, and motivational leadership. šAlign project goals and strategies across CPs, LPs, and EPs. šContribute to mid-term planning and vertical growth strategy alongside the Executive Producer. šRecommend improvements in content and operational strategies to increase profitability. šLeverage data and platform insights to guide teams toward high-impact trends. šEnsure alignment of project goals with the companyās global production strategy.
Requirements
šProven experience in popular Social Media video production, collecting more than a million of views; šProven experience in managing several projects simultaneously (as a Lead or Senior Producer) šStrong understanding of content production processes, budgets, and platform dynamics.
