Key Responsibilities:

📍Lead the design and development of robust, scalable, and secure backend systems using Java and Spring Boot. 📍Architect and implement microservices that are modular, fault-tolerant, and cloud-native. 📍Deploy and manage containerized services using Kubernetes in a production-grade environment. 📍Collaborate closely with frontend developers, DevOps engineers, and product managers to define and deliver backend solutions that meet business goals. 📍Ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability through code reviews, automated testing, and continuous integration. 📍Guide and mentor junior developers, conducting technical reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions. 📍Monitor system health, diagnose performance issues, and optimize backend services. 📍Keep up with the latest trends in backend development, distributed systems, and cloud-native technologies.

Key Requirements:

📍3 to 5 years of strong hands-on experience in backend development using Java and Spring Boot. 📍Solid understanding and practical experience with Microservices architecture, including service discovery, API gateways, load balancing, and inter-service communication. 📍Experience working with Kubernetes for container orchestration and deployment. 📍Familiarity with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices for continuous integration and deployment.
