Job Summary
You'll spend your time:
šDeveloping and implementing knowledge transfer strategies, determining how best to capture and document, and establishing pathways for sharing with others šFacilitating knowledge-sharing activities, including periodic reviews, workshops, mentoring programs, shadowing opportunities šCreating and maintaining knowledge repositories, such as wikis, databases, and document libraries šEngaging stakeholders and driving adoption, actively promoting the value of knowledge sharing and encouraging employees to participate in knowledge transfer activities šIdentifying and addressing knowledge gaps through analysis and feedback, developing strategies to fill gaps šTracking metrics like participation rates, knowledge retention, and improved performance šStaying up-to-date on best practices and emerging trends in knowledge management
The key experience we're looking for:
šSolid understanding of knowledge management principles and practices through previous roles šStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and engage diverse stakeholders šActive listening and conflict-resolution skills are crucial šPrevious experience in Project Management, successfully developing and implementing knowledge transfer strategies BSc/MSc in any Engineering subject šExperience in conducting literature reviews to inform decision-making šExperience in creating industry-useable tools/processes from academic research šStrong analytical and critical appraisal skills with the ability to assimilate complex issues šPublic speaking and interpersonal communications, learning styles
