You'll spend your time:

📍Developing and implementing knowledge transfer strategies, determining how best to capture and document, and establishing pathways for sharing with others 📍Facilitating knowledge-sharing activities, including periodic reviews, workshops, mentoring programs, shadowing opportunities 📍Creating and maintaining knowledge repositories, such as wikis, databases, and document libraries 📍Engaging stakeholders and driving adoption, actively promoting the value of knowledge sharing and encouraging employees to participate in knowledge transfer activities 📍Identifying and addressing knowledge gaps through analysis and feedback, developing strategies to fill gaps 📍Tracking metrics like participation rates, knowledge retention, and improved performance 📍Staying up-to-date on best practices and emerging trends in knowledge management

The key experience we're looking for:

📍Solid understanding of knowledge management principles and practices through previous roles 📍Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and engage diverse stakeholders 📍Active listening and conflict-resolution skills are crucial 📍Previous experience in Project Management, successfully developing and implementing knowledge transfer strategies BSc/MSc in any Engineering subject 📍Experience in conducting literature reviews to inform decision-making 📍Experience in creating industry-useable tools/processes from academic research 📍Strong analytical and critical appraisal skills with the ability to assimilate complex issues 📍Public speaking and interpersonal communications, learning styles
