Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
šAssist in executing discretionary trading strategies across various asset classes, including equities, futures, and currencies. šConduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trading opportunities. šMonitor market conditions, news, and events to make informed trading decisions. šCollaborate with senior traders and the research team to optimize trading strategies. šUtilize Python for data analysis and to develop tools that enhance trading performance. šMaintain and improve trading systems and processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications:
šBachelorās or Masterās degree from a top university in Taiwan, preferably in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field. š1-3 years of experience in trading within the traditional finance industry. šStrong analytical skills and a deep understanding of financial markets. šBasic proficiency in Python for data analysis and tool development. šExperience in cryptocurrency trading is a plus. šExcellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. šHighly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced trading environment.
