Key Responsibilities

📍Plan and manage projects (scoping, milestones, deliverables, steering, etc.). Provide direct, hands-on support for selected action items within projects 📍Provide support in the resource planning and budget controlling of the project portfolio 📍Provide ad hoc support for controlling and budgeting tasks as well as business case calculations 📍Moderate Scrum meetings, facilitate communication and drive the decision-making process 📍Contribute to process mapping and the implementation of best practices across the organization 📍Update market research and analysis 📍Provide support in preparation of executive management presentation decks and facilitation of meetings 📍Build up relationships and a network with the different stakeholders within Crypto Finance AG

Requirements

📍Completed undergraduate degree in business administration, economics, engineering or other related fields 📍2 – 3 years experience in a relevant function (Project management / Controlling, Consulting, Financial services) 📍Strong results orientation, leveraging project management skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset to guide cross-departmental efforts 📍Exceptional problem-solving skills, with an ability to structure ambiguous questions, thoughtfully prioritise efforts, and efficiently drive towards clear recommendations 📍Service orientation, team spirit, and eagerness to learn 📍Excellent Microsoft Office skills and ability to leverage AI (Focus on Excel, Powerpoint, Copilot)
