Job Summary
What You’ll Be Doing:
📍Create motion graphics, animated social content, and short-form videos for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X. 📍Design visuals for blog articles, press kits, web pages, and marketing campaigns that drive engagement and brand recognition. 📍Collaborate closely with the marketing and partnerships teams on custom visuals for proposals and partnership activations. 📍Collaborate with product and design teams on visual elements across product surfaces, digital experiences, or UI/UX. 📍Explore and experiment with new creative tools, including AIGC and AI-assisted design platforms, to enhance workflow and creative output. 📍Actively contribute creative ideas and propose concepts that go beyond the initial brief. 📍Stay plugged into digital culture, Gen Z/Alpha trends, and visual storytelling best practices on social media.
What You Should Have:
📍1–2 years of experience in motion design or graphic design, with a portfolio that includes motion design content and branded visuals. 📍Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma. 📍A solid foundation in brand design, layout, animation, and typography. 📍Familiarity with or interest in AI-generated content tools and a willingness to learn and adapt to emerging workflows. 📍A strong sense of aesthetic and an ability to match or evolve our existing brand style. 📍Ability to work quickly and efficiently on multiple projects, balancing creativity with deadlines. 📍Curiosity for digital culture, social media, gaming, fashion, and trends relevant to Gen Z and Gen Alpha.
