Job Summary

A Day in the Life:

📍Assist end users with questions about any of our supported software and computing platforms in a professional and courteous manner 📍Address user tickets regarding hardware, software and networking 📍Monitor the performance of clients’ desktop infrastructure and device plans for improved efficiency 📍Install applications and computer peripherals 📍Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in a variety of environments 📍Test alternative pathways until you resolve an issue 📍Customize desktop applications to meet user needs

What You Bring:

📍1+ year(s) of deskside experience 📍Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills -Experience with some of the following: -Supporting a Microsoft environment in a deskside support role -Microsoft Office 2010/2013/O365 -Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments -Remote support -PC / printer hardware/VPN/Citrix -Active Directory -Supporting mobile devices 📍Working knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals like printers 📍Knowledge of network security practices and anti-virus programs 📍Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills 📍Willingness and ability to carry a mobile phone for clients and/or for Long View Systems support 📍Wide knowledge of the system(s) information and current news 📍Supportive and caring disposition
