Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
šLead the execution of complex, large-cap transactions for clients across the financial institutions sector. šAdvise clients on strategic projects, including mergers, acquisitions, and capital markets activity. šBuild and maintain relationships with senior executives and key industry stakeholders. šMentor and manage junior team members, contributing to the overall growth and success of the FIG team. šProvide thought leadership and insights on trends within the financial institutions landscape.
Qualifications
šProven experience as a FIG Investment Banking VP, with a strong track record of executing large-cap transactions. šDeep understanding of the financial institutions sector, including key players, market trends, and regulatory environments. šOutstanding analytical, communication, and leadership skills. šFluency in English and French is required.
