Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
📍Lead the execution of complex, large-cap transactions for clients across the financial institutions sector. 📍Advise clients on strategic projects, including mergers, acquisitions, and capital markets activity. 📍Build and maintain relationships with senior executives and key industry stakeholders. 📍Mentor and manage junior team members, contributing to the overall growth and success of the FIG team. 📍Provide thought leadership and insights on trends within the financial institutions landscape.
Qualifications
📍Proven experience as a FIG Investment Banking VP, with a strong track record of executing large-cap transactions. 📍Deep understanding of the financial institutions sector, including key players, market trends, and regulatory environments. 📍Outstanding analytical, communication, and leadership skills. 📍Fluency in English and French is required.
