Job Summary
The Investment Banking Analyst will be responsible for:
šPreparing and delivering presentations throughout the deal execution period. šAssist in the coordination of internal and external resources in the due diligence process for M&A transactions. šAssisting in the execution of M&A transactions. šConducting extensive industry, market, and company-specific research. šBuilding and maintaining client relations with established and prospective clients.
The Investment Banking Analyst should have the following qualifications:
š1+ years within Investment Banking. šBachelors in Finance, Economics, Business or related fields. šStrong closed M&A deal experience.
