📍Be the go-to person for candidates throughout the interview journey and make every candidate’s interview experience top-notch! Juggle all the logistics for online and onsite interviews. 📍Team up with colleagues to streamline and optimise our recruiting practises. 📍Support our recruiting team with everyday tasks. 📍Help out with sourcing, interviewing, and recruiting for open roles – think NextGen.
Who You Are
📍You're completing your studies in HR, Business Administration, or any other relevant field 📍You’re a strong and enthusiastic communicator – you communicate clearly and effectively 📍You’re structured and have a keen eye for detail 📍You have excellent organisational skills – you can handle multiple projects and priorities like a pro 📍You’re always on the lookout for ways to improve processes. 📍You’re adaptable and can manage a variety of tasks and shifting priorities. 📍You speak, read and write English on a business level.
