Job Summary
What you’ll do
📍Support in the development and preparation of presentations, reports, forecasts and financial models with focus on the HR area for internal and external stakeholders 📍Conduct performance analysis, including variance analysis, to support strategic decision-making and financial planning 📍Contribute to strategic objectives, projects and ongoing initiatives driven by the People Department 📍Support in the Bitpanda equity program administration 📍Conduct industry-specific research to support strategic initiatives (e.g. market trends or best practices)
Who you are
📍Pursuing or completing a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Organizational & Human Resources Development with a strong academic record (preferably with strategy, strategic planning, or financial analysis focus) 📍A previous internship is advantageous (preferably in finance, consulting or a tech company) 📍Solid analytical and quantitative skills with advanced skills in Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel, as well as Google Slides / PowerPoint 📍Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. 📍Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of initiative and a drive for continuous improvement.
