Job Summary
What You’ll Do
📍Lead Institutional Narratives: Serve as the voice of the institutional customer and help define how LayerZero’s products are positioned and communicated. 📍Content Creation: Write compelling and accurate marketing collateral, including executive briefs, deep-dive reports, pitch decks, social posts, and more. 📍Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely inside the full narrative team, along with BD, UX/design, and product to ensure alignment in messaging and product launches. 📍Drive GTM Strategies: Build and execute the GTM approach for new releases and significant product enhancements relevant to banks, fintechs, and brokerage firms. 📍Market & Competitor Analysis: Stay on top of industry trends, institutional needs, and competitor activity to continuously refine and improve LayerZero’s positioning. 📍Performance Measurement: Track and analyze metrics to evaluate effectiveness, share insights, and iterate on marketing efforts.
About You
📍2+ years experience in institutional financial services, fintech, or crypto product marketing (or a mix of analyst/research/content marketing roles with institutional focus). 📍Financial Products Experience: Background in capital markets, securities, custody, or corporate banking is a plus. 📍Powerful storyteller: Demonstrable experience building narratives in written, visual, and verbal formats. 📍Crypto Fluency: Familiarity with DeFi, onchain infrastructure, or the broader institutional crypto market. 📍Full-Stack Writer: Ability to produce compelling short-form and long-form content across diverse channels.
