Responsibilities

📍GTM Strategy and Execution - Build positioning & messaging frameworks for each incubation, craft launch plans (announcements, AMAs, partner pushes, liquidity events), set and hit growth KPIs across channels 📍Community & Social Growth - Architect creator/ambassador programs that 10× social reach, own Twitter, Discord, Telegram, etc. narrative arcs, track sentiment, mindshare, and community health 📍Token Demand & Listings - Coordinate tokenomics storytelling with Labs & Legal for compliance, drive CEX and DEX listing pipelines alongside BD, potentially plan liquidity mining, staking, and/or referral loops to boost velocity 📍User Acquisition & Retention - Define target personas and acquisition funnels, launch incentivized quests, hackathons, and partner integrations, instrument onboarding flows to maximize activation and retention 📍Data & Reporting - Build dashboards and weekly growth reports to founders and Foundation leadership.

What We're Looking For

📍Proven expertise in creating impactful content across X, Instagram, TikTok, Discord, and other platforms 📍Led token GTM strategies for a major successful TGE 📍A deep understanding of crypto trends and storytelling 📍Strong creative instincts with an ability to craft taglines, social narratives, and visually engaging content 📍Owner mentality, coupled with framework-driven strategic thinking 📍Exceptional project management and multitasking skills 📍Proficiency in design tools like Figma and Canva
