Your Core Responsibilities:

📍Lead the organization’s immigration and global mobility function, developing and executing strategies for non-immigrant (OPT, EAD, H-1B, E-3, TN) and immigrant (EB-2, EB-3) visa sponsorships 📍Oversee end-to-end case management, ensuring timely and compliant execution of petitions, extensions, amendments, transfers, and permanent residency filings 📍Serve as the subject matter expert and primary advisor to HR, business leaders, and employees on immigration policies, procedures, and best practices 📍Manage relationships with external legal counsel, ensuring accurate preparation and timely processing of all immigration cases

Your Skills and Experience:

📍7+ years of progressive experience in corporate immigration or global mobility, with at least one (1) year in a leadership or management role 📍Deep understanding of U.S. immigration law and employment-based visa processes, including PERM 📍Proven ability to build relationships and influence across all levels of an organization 📍Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills 📍Experience managing external immigration counsel and working in cross-functional teams 📍Experience with immigration case management systems and vendor portals 📍Skilled in data tracking, reporting, and translating metrics into actionable insights 📍Workday HRIS experience preferred
