About the role Due to ICEO's further expansion plans, we are looking for an HR and Payroll Specialist with experience in HR processes.

What will you be doing? You will be responsible for preparing all types of employment contracts and the circulation of employment documentation, as well as for the day-to-day management of employed staff, including the management of leave and benefits (MediCover, Multisport).

Your responsibilities will include: full HR service for employees: the issue of employment contracts, annexes to contracts, termination of employment documents, certificates of employment, issue of certificates of employment and earnings, processing of HR documentation, settling wages and drawing up payrolls for employees and contractors, maintaining personal files of employees and other employee documentation, handling the PPK process, monitoring medical examination appointments and issuing referrals, benefits management, maintaining regular contact with employees and company managers to ensure an adequate flow of information, providing explanations and answers to employees' questions on fundamental labor law issues.

What we expect from you: excellent knowledge of labor, insurance, and tax law, min. 2 years of experience in a similar position in the HR and payroll area, perfect knowledge of office applications, accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail while performing tasks. Welcome knowledge of Jira, Confluence, knowledge of Slack, Discord, knowledge of Płatnik.
