Job Summary
Your mission
šDevelop and implement the brand's voice strategy across all touch points, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand values and objectives šLead the social media strategy across platforms including Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, etc., with a focus on driving engagement and brand awareness/growth šManage a team of community managers and studio managers, providing leadership, guidance, and support, with a focus on scaling efforts to meet growing demand šOversee the crafting of monthly content plans to support the brand's voice strategy, leveraging insights from social listening and analytics, with a specific focus on crypto-related content šLeverage knowledge and curiosity about the crypto space to integrate relevant content and engage with crypto communities across social media platforms šCollaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of voice strategy across all brand initiatives, including product launches and marketing campaigns šWork closely with key senior leadership profiles, understanding their challenges and proactively developing solutions to address them, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration šDesign and implement processes for all content production streams, including video projects and podcasts, ensuring efficient workflows and high-quality output šStay updated on industry trends and best practices related to voice strategy, social media, and the crypto space, incorporating relevant insights into our approach šSet OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) and track KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) meticulously, providing monthly reports to senior leadership.
What we're looking for:
šBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred (if you don't have a degree this is not an immediate disqualifier) š5+ years experience in developing and implementing voice strategies for brands, with a focus on social media platforms and a keen interest in the crypto space šStrong understanding of the social media landscape and emerging trends, particularly within the crypto community šExperience in content planning, social listening, and analytics, with the ability to derive actionable insights and adapt strategies accordingly šExpertise in social listening and analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Brandwatch) šDemonstrated leadership skills, with experience managing teams and driving results in a fast-paced environment, including scaling efforts to meet growing demand
