Job Summary
What You’ll Be Doing:
📍Analyze and examine current key system processes including trading, custody, asset reconciliation, account management and security management; create technology documentations as needed. 📍Identify gaps from regulatory/compliance point of view. 📍Strategize and track remediation progress. 📍Collaborate with legal and compliance teams, setup key policies around technology management. 📍Oversee implementation and iteration of technology policies across global teams.
What We Look For In You:
📍Strong track record and experience in software development, testing, management, business analyst or similar capacity. 📍Experience in financial technology including trading, accounting, asset management or similar areas. 📍Strong analytical skills, fast learner, able to grasp key concepts in different application domains, identify key risks, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. 📍Strong English communication skills, Mandarin speaking is a plus.
