Join us as a Technical Product Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in managing technical service providers, coordinating projects, and ensuring seamless communication between internal stakeholders. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve overseeing the development of Arbitrum, managing internal databases, and driving special initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our technical and DAO teams, contributing to multiple projects that shape the future of decentralized technology.
Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
šOwn key technical decision making at the AF. šServe as the primary technical liaison for internal teams, including partnerships, ecosystem, and grants. šEngage with external stakeholders, including partners, developers, and community members, to foster collaboration and innovation. Manage and Scale Data Capability. šCommunicate complex technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders. šSupport the partnerships and ecosystem teams by providing technical expertise and insights for sales enablement. šIdentify and establish technical partnerships that align with the Foundationās strategic goals. šEnsure seamless integration and collaboration with partners to maximize the impact of joint initiatives. šCollaborate with the grants and ecosystem teams to evaluate the technical feasibility of proposed projects. šProvide recommendations based on technical assessments to support funding and development decisions. šMonitor and review ongoing projects to ensure they meet technical standards and milestones.
Qualifications
šProven experience in a senior technical leadership role, preferably within the blockchain or cryptocurrency industry. šStrong understanding of blockchain technologies, specifically Ethereum and Layer 2 scaling solutions. šDemonstrated experience in data management, analytics, and infrastructure scaling. šExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills. šAbility to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders. šExperience in sales enablement and forming technical partnerships. šStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically. šPassion for blockchain technology and its potential to drive positive change.
