Job Summary
Responsibilities
šStrategic planning for the full product portfolio of Everclear Protocol šDefinition of and alignment around the product vision, strategy, and roadmap šStrategic oversight of product management processes of the protocol. This includes oversight of the product backlog, ongoing prioritization, and tooling used šAdvising on strategy/process/project management across partner projects and contributors šDefinition of product goals, KPIs, and topline metrics. Oversight of the measures to achieve the objectives set šStrategic oversight around pursuing new product opportunities, including cost/benefit assessment in partnership with Ecosystem and Engineering šBalancing activities to drive meaningful and sustainable ecosystem growth šOngoing research / awareness of competition and trends in the industry šRepresent Everclear to strategic customers and the public, where relevant šBudget and PnL responsibility for the product org šResponsible for interviewing, hiring, managing / mentoring, and reviewing any new Product hires or similar.
Requirements
š7+ years of experience in technical product management or a related role š3+ years of leadership and management experience šDeep understanding of users / customers. šCommunicating user needs and distilling user requirements to the organization. šTurning data into actionable product improvements. šExperience defining the product vision, strategy, and delivering value that solves problems for enterprise customers šExperience driving the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including: product and market research, competitive analysis, planning and positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, product launch.
