Responsibilities

📍Management consulting of portfolio companies (real estate, HoReCa, etc) 📍Work with portfolio to understand and evaluate strategic options ahead of key investment decisions (commercial due diligence) 📍Monitor and report on the performance of the portfolio, including progress, risks, and benefits realization. 📍Identify and mitigate portfolio-level risks, ensuring effective risk management strategies are in place. 📍Support companies to understand the required change, and the challenges of implementation (strategy & operational excellence) 📍Сlose interaction with stakeholders and C-level of a management company and portfolio companies 📍Work in the team of investment and financial analytics 📍Facilitate budget process to help allocate resources to the appropriate projects and business teams 📍Provide informal/formal status updates to the Board

Requirements:

📍3-5+ years of consulting experience within leading consulting firms (Big4 or Big 3) 📍Proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion. 📍Experience working in a strategic role that analyses the current position and helps to identify and implement future strategy recommendations 📍Experience in improving business and operational processes 📍Experience with various industries 📍A financial or STEM education 📍Ability to think outside the box to solve problems 📍Strong interpersonal, and communication skills and the ability to lead and manage workflows across various levels, both internally and externally
