Job Summary
What you’ll do:
📍Own and deliver the company-wide People strategy, reporting directly to the COO. 📍Lead the People team of three, providing coaching, development, and clear accountability to drive high performance. 📍Operate at both strategic and hands-on levels, shaping long-term priorities while ensuring strong execution of day-to-day People operations. 📍Provide leadership across all core areas of the People function including: talent acquisition, total rewards, people operations, performance and talent management, learning and development, DEI, internal communications, and employee engagement. 📍Act as a trusted advisor to the senior leadership team, guiding decision-making, organisational design, and communication strategies that support scale. 📍Offer expert counsel to managers on employee relations and performance matters, ensuring fair, consistent, and values-aligned outcomes.
Who you are:
📍An experienced People leader who has operated at Head of People level (or equivalent) within a high-growth technology environment. 📍Strong track record scaling People functions across distributed and international teams. 📍Confident switching between strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a willingness to dive into the detail. 📍A values-driven leader known for integrity, fairness, and building trust at all levels. 📍Highly collaborative with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and work cross-functionally, particularly with Finance and Legal.
