Job Summary

Responsibilities

šŸ“Lead and develop HR strategies and practices for a globally scaling organization šŸ“Develop and govern HR policies, procedures and guidelines, promoting consistency and fairness in their application- ensuring all local legislation is adhered to. šŸ“Lead a team of specialists for day to day HR services and further develop an effective business partnership model that meets internal stakeholder expectations. šŸ“Promote professional development of the organization by developing performance management strategies and training. šŸ“Support cross organizational and cross functional teams in HR functions and take responsibility for the core deliverables of the people team. šŸ“Encourage and strengthen organizational culture by collaborating with internal managers and advocating for good people practices to take place. šŸ“Support leaders and people managers across the organization to effectively manage their team- provide effective solutions for leadership development. šŸ“Develop workforce management strategies that help structure teams and help align with business objectives. šŸ“Oversee and develop programs that enhance employee skills, career growth and leadership development.

Qualifications

šŸ“Proven experience in leading HR functions in a dynamic, fast-paced global environment. šŸ“Strong leadership skills and the ability to develop high-performing teams. šŸ“Excellent communication skills, with fluency in both English and Korean, to effectively connect with all levels of the organization and its international branches. šŸ“A strategic mind with a hands-on approach to HR management. šŸ“Experience in nurturing a motivational workplace culture that upholds the companyā€™s values and mission.
