Job Summary
What You’ll Do
📍Own financial discipline: payroll, treasury operations, vendor management, spend controls, and investor reporting 📍Lead people operations: hiring pipelines, onboarding, performance systems, and internal communication rhythms 📍Maintain compliance and regulatory operations in partnership with counsel and external vendors 📍Support trader onboarding and lifecycle to ensure fast resolution of any blockers 📍Work cross-functionally with engineering and product to maintain execution quality and unblock dependencies 📍Make sure nothing breaks without a plan: flag issues early and push improvements through to completion.
