Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
šStrategic Leadership & Transformation: šDevelop and execute a robust operational strategy for Europe. šDrive transformation initiatives to continuously enhance service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction in a 24x7 environment. šGlobal & Local Integration: šServe as the primary liaison between OKX Europe market teams and local business units, ensuring consistent execution of the European best-practices. šCollaborate with cross-functional and cross regional teams - including customer service, fraud risk management, quality assurance, technology, and automation - to deliver seamless, round-the-clock, customer centric operations.
What We Look For In You
šBachelor's degree with relevant experience in financial services. šPast experience of operational leader as first line of defense owner in a global regulated financial or fintech business with šProven analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and a control mentality paired with meticulous attention to detail. š5-10 years of experience, fintech and/or crypto experience nice to have. šSelf-driven quality and able to work under pressure with uncompromised integrity. šStrong organizational skills as well as the ability to effectively manage competing priorities. šAbility to work collaboratively with global members of cross-functional teams.
