Job Summary
Responsibilities
📍Lead end-to-end operations across KYC, onboarding, payments, reconciliations, and transaction processing 📍Develop and manage operational SOPs, KPIs, and reporting frameworks 📍Coordinate closely with the compliance officer to ensure adherence to SEC regulations 📍Liaise with global product and engineering teams to localize workflows 📍Build and manage relationships with local banks, vendors, and payment partners 📍Hire, train, and lead a high-performing local operations and customer service teamMonitor operational risk, inefficiencies, and implement continuous improvements
Requirements
📍Masterʼs degree in Business Administration or a related field 📍Experience in the cryptocurrency or fintech industry 📍5+ years in fintech or financial services operations, preferably in a regulated environment 📍Deep understanding of Nigerian payments infrastructure, KYC/AML processes, and crypto industry 📍Proven track record of scaling fintech or tech-enabled operations 📍Proven operations management experience, preferably in a similar industry. 📍Strong leadership, team management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. 📍Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and project management abilities. 📍Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google suite etcExperience with international teams is a plus.
